RETURN POLICy

CANCELLATIONS

After an order has been placed, cancellations must be made before 12:00 p.m. Central Time (CT) the following day to avoid paying a 20% restocking fee. Otherwise, no returns are accepted.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Photograph the package and its contents immediately if any damage to the item is found.If you don't keep all of the packaging and shipping materials, your return might not be accepted. Within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, send us these pictures along with any other relevant information via email. Any items that have been or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

Please email the photos and a detailed explanation to us to initiate the return process.  

We will coordinate with our shipping couriers to pick up the product on your behalf for insurance claim purposes. If you choose a different item than what we currently have in stock, our turnaround time should be between 7 and 10 business days. If a replacement or repair is required, the process could take 10 to 45+ business days, depending on the scenario and/or Artist availability timeline.
